About Us

Between age 13&16 I baked and sold home made bread, cakes, cinnamon rolls, pies, etc. I learned the importance of work flow and accessibility in relation to production, at that time, since my parents' kitchen was very small. I did not have a name for what I was doing.

In 1974 I was introduced to "work simplification". Another way to put it is "work flow". It’s a simple, common sense idea that most people don’t think about as they go about their day but it is very powerful for lessening stress in recurring tasks & making you more productive. I have used this idea, daily, since then.

Every job I have ever had has been in customer service. I have thoroughly enjoyed each one and, hopefully, have transferred knowledge to my customers so they will be more self-sufficient. How many times did you ask for a coke at a fast food joint and the "order taker" gave you the largest size they have? I usually had to back out those charges so I stopped doing that pretty quick! I listened to my customers!

Until about 8 years ago I had little or no money and less space than I needed so I was always finding new ways to recycle items I already had around the house or brought into the house as a result of items we needed regularly. An example would be a corrugated cardboard tray a case of sodas comes in.

Well, to make a long story short, I have embarked on a career as a Professional Organizer.

It's all about Function and Accessibility!!
